OUR TEAM

Jayden Molloy
Managing Director
I am Jay, the head grower and one of the founders of Kaipaki Berries. Coming from a berry farming family, I have lived and breathed growing my entire life. Nothing gives me more pleasure than producing the very best quality berries that Kiwis love. I’m also proud of our talented team who work really hard across all areas of our berry business.
Linda Chhim
Human Resource Manager

Growing great berries takes a great team with a great culture. I’m lucky that a big part of my job at Kaipaki Berries is to look after the people side of our business. I was brought up into a hardworking refugee family, born in Palmerston North and raised in Hamilton where I’ve worked all my life in horticulture.

Sandeep Mani
Administration/Health & Safety Manager

We’re a big operation so health and safety is very important and a part of my job I take very seriously. I’ve been able to draw on my experience in other health and wellbeing roles as well as retail, and hospitality to help the team here at Kaipaki Berries. I really enjoy the hands-on nature and the many learning opportunities that are available within the business.

Khim Vann
Harvest Manager
I help make sure the very best berries make it to our customers in the very best condition. This means working with our talented team to make sure we’re efficient and our operations are world-class. I liaise with markets and make sure our product gets to the right place at the right time.
Ye Tun Oo
Growing Assistant

I am honoured to be a part of the team at Kaipaki Berries and have enjoyed the opportunity to be a part of every aspect of our business. This includes time as a harvest supervisor and now in the growing assistant role. I also use my IT and design background to create training material to help others. My passion and enthusiasm is a cornerstone to the Kaipaki team.

Melodie Metout
Harvest Assistant/Lead Supervisor
I joined the team halfway through the first season and instantly felt welcomed by the harvest team. I'm originally from France and this-worldly experience working in many industries has provided me with a high level of skill in labour management and I thoroughly enjoy the hands-on nature of the horticultural industry.
