Born and raised Waikato farm boy. I spent my younger years growing up on my family’s dry stock and dairy farms. I am a hands-on worker and love getting my hands dirty whether it be operating or fixing machinery. In my spare time, you’ll find me hunting, fishing, diving, or renovating our house. I strive to lead at a high level and pass my ever-growing knowledge onto our future leaders within our tight-knit team. There is no better feeling than helping the team achieve their personal and professional goals.

Luisa Toduadua
Production and Dispatch Manager

Born and raised in Fiji, my family and I moved to New Zealand in 2006. I graduated from the University of Waikato with a Bachelor in Management Studies and have been working in the agriculture and horticulture industry since then. Joining Kaipaki Berries in 2021, my role in the farm is to ensure that the performance, health & safety, and well-being of the harvest and dispatch team are maximised, along with coordinating the harvest process. I also ensure that our berries remain in top condition throughout the process of being dispatched, transported, and then received by our consumers across New Zealand. I am grateful for all the learning opportunities and growing knowledge that I have gained throughout the season and I look forward to another exciting season.
